Rabbits

Every year Usk Show is pleased to welcome The South Wales Rabbit Club who host one of their four annual competitions at our show. All exhibitors must be members of the British Rabbit Council and all the rabbits that compete are purebred.

There are four sections within the rabbit show; Fancy, Lops, Fur and Rex. Each rabbit is judged in its own breed class, before coming together to meet in the Challenge Class to find the best of its section. The best of each section then meet to find the eventual Best In Show winner.

It’s a busy day with judging starting at 10:30am and continuing through until 4:00pm, then award presentations take place at 5:00pm.

This lively marquee is open to the public all day and is an excellent opportunity to admire all the different breeds up close. The Section Secretary, the BRC stand representative, or a District Advisor will be only too happy to give you more information or answer any questions.
